We are looking for an outstanding Account Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. We’re looking for someone with a proven record of managing big brand accounts and a deep interest and passion for events and creative work. We want someone who loves our brand and knows how to work with big budgets and major brands. You should be kind, hard working, and have incredible attention to detail. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences things.
Manage the day to day of one of our clients out of Los Angeles alongside our Creative Director
Work across multiple brand departments
Coordinate with the communications planning team and strategic planners, account directors, and brand executives to create successful experiences
Partner with internal marketing, brand partnerships, and clients to maximize revenue for The Number Project and our partners and clients
Meet and exceed profit goals for the client
Attend weekly and monthly meetings as required
Represent The Number Project at events and serve as a brand ambassador
Manage activity using basecamp.com
Work from our office in Chicago or Los Angeles
You have 3+ years of experience in account managing or similar work
You have knowledge of working with large brands
You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to present effectively and close the deal
You have the ability to build a pipeline and proven track record of exceeding goals
You have dexterity in creating reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.
You are a team player, smart, adapt well with change and have a positive attitude
You are able to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment and across external and internal teams to deliver creative, fresh campaigns
